Congratulations to Cynthia Flood, whose Red Girl Rat Boy was shortlisted today for the Ethel Wilson Fiction Prize. Offered by the B.C. Book Prizes, the Ethel Wilson is awarded annually to the best work of fiction published by a B.C. Author. Also shortlisted are Ashley Little (Anatomy of a Girl Gang, Théodora Armstrong (Clear Skies, No Wind, 100% Visibility), Kathryn Para (Lucky), and Janie Chang (Three Souls). An all-lady list!
